2018 Hartford Outer Limits Syrah

96 Points

"Taking things to the next level, the 2018 Syrah Outer Limits is highly aromatic and expansive in its aromas of pine sap, black cherry preserve, black pepper, and wild lavender. Full-bodied, it has good lift and fresh acidity, with more energy, and notes of olive brine, and charcuterie. This red offers classic appeal, with a good balance of fruity and savory elements. Drink 2023-2040." - Audrey Frick,, July 2023

2022 Jurassic Vineyard Chenin Blanc

91 Points

"The 2022 Jurassic Vineyard Old Vine Chenin Blanc slowly emerges from the glass with notes of Golden Delicious apples, fresh pears, and wet slate plus touches of beeswax and coriander seed. The dry, medium-bodied palate delivers a satiny texture and racy acidity, finishing with a lemony lift. This wine was barrel-fermented and aged in French oak...The Jurassic Vineyard, planted in 1982, is situated at an elevation of 1,000 feet. The name pays tribute to the fossil-rich soils that force the vines to look deep for nutrients and water." - Lisa Perrotti-Brown, The Wine Independent, April 2024

2017 Hartford Russian River Valley Zinfandel Port

"Our 2017 Zinfandel Port exhibits a complex nose of cherry cordial, back fruits interlaced with candied orange zest and anise.  Ripe blackberry, black cherry, and mocha flavors are framed by nutmeg and ends with a rich, sweet finish.  To preserve the depth of character and intensity of flavors, the wine was neither fined nor filtered." - Jeff Stewart and Tiaan Lordan, Winemakers

2023 Russian River Valley Rosé

The 2023 Rosé has aromas reminiscent of strawberry, grapefruit, Mandarin orange, white peach along with delicate kiwi and floral hints. The fruit flavors lean towards ruby grapefruit and cranberry with a subtle mineral and refreshing acid component that brings complexity and a food-friendly character to the wine. Enjoy our Rosé at cellar temperature (54˚F) for maximum complexity or chilled on a hot summer day as an aperitif

(The 2021 vintage was named #51 on Wine Enthusiast Top 100 List of 2022)
