Sparkling Wine

A Sparkling Dream Come True

For almost as long as we have been making still wines from our Far Coast, Fog Dance & Seascape vineyards, we have been dreaming of making traditional méthode champenoise sparkling wines from these extraordinary sites. Our dreams have now come true. We are excited to share a trio of single-vineyard, single-varietal sparkling wines crafted with care and dedication, showcasing the unique qualities of their cool West Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley vineyard sites.

From the vintage-specific 2014 Far Coast Vineyard Brut Blanc de Blancs and 2014 Fog Dance Vineyard Brut Blanc de Noirs to the cuvée perpétuelle Seascape Vineyard Brut Blanc de Blancs – NV 1,  each wine represents our commitment to producing sparkling wines that resonate with both elegance and a sense of place.

Small Bottlings, Focused Vineyard Expression and Artisan Winemaking

Only the most expressive parcels within each of our low-yielding sustainably farmed vineyards were sourced to craft these wines. Bottlings range from only 90 cases made of the Far Coast and Fog Dance Vineyard Sparklings to just 160 cases made of the Seascape NV-1.

All were aged en tirage for about 8 years and disgorged in August of 2024. The Seascape Cuvee Perpetuelle represents over 15 years of winegrowing and winemaking efforts, with base wines dating back to 2008.

2014 Hartford Court Far Coast Vineyard Blanc de Blancs

96 Points

"Pale lemon-gold color, the 2014 Far Coast Vineyard Blanc de Blancs rolls out with classic toasty/yeasty notes, giving way to a core of yellow apples, allspice, kumquat, and lemon meringue pie, with gentle wafts of wet pebbles and salted almonds. The palate delivers wonderful tension with delicate citrus and orchard fruit flavors and super-fine bubbles, finishing with long lingering mineral and citrus zest layers. This was disgorged in August 2024. It has 0.2 grams per liter of dosage—almost nothing. Only 90 cases were made." - Lisa Perrotti-Brown, The Wine Palate, July 2025

Hartford Court Seascape Vineyard NV-1 Blanc de Blancs

94 Points

"Pale straw-gold color, the NV - 1 Seascape Vineyard Blanc de Blancs races out with notes of preserved lemons and grapefruit oil, leading to a core of Marcona almonds, croissant, and fresh ginger. The palate is lively and energetic with loads of citrus and chalk sparks and very fine bubbles, finishing long and savory. This is so beautifully poised—gorgeous! It is a blend of 58.9% of the 2015 vintage, 23.8% of 2014, and the rest is vintages going back to 2008—a 'cuvee perpetuelle' style..." - Lisa Perrotti-Brown, The Wine Palate, July 2025
