Vineyard & Vintage Character

Fog Dance Vineyard is an estate vineyard in Green Valley of the Russian River Valley. It is on predominantly Goldridge Fine sandy loam soils and experiences cool fog intrusion most days during the growing season.
Hand harvested at night. Clusters are whole cluster pressed using Champagne cycle before moving drectly to used French oak barrels for fermentation. Native primary and ML. Aged in old French oak barrels for 15 months. Bottled then aged en tirage for 88 months. Disgorged August 2024 with zero dosage.
