Dina's Vineyard
Dina's Vineyard was planted by the Arata family more than 95 years ago. Today only about five
acres of gnarled, dry-farmed vines remain at the Arata home. The vines are predominantly headtrained. They are planted on the typical old-vine, eight-by-eight spacing, originally intended to allow horses to cultivate between the vines in both directions of the vineyard planting. A deep, dark color, coffee-like aromas, and dense, broad texture are all typical indicators of Dina's Vineyard terroir.
