The Hartford Family Pre-Release Allocation Program
Policies and Procedures
- Earliest allocation requests are given priority, and waiting lists will be
kept for specific wines.
- If you are unable to secure an allocation, you may sign up for the
waiting list for each wine in which you are interested. If an allocation
should become available, you will be notified prior to the next release of
that wine. Once contacted you will have 10 days to accept your allocation
for that particular wine.
- Allocations are shipped just prior to their general release by the winery.
These release program wines are not available for “will call” at the winery.
- Allocations are set at three bottle allotments per person – and may be
reduced due to availability.
- Your credit card secures your allocation, but is not charged until
shipping. You may rescind a Pre-Release Allocation request at any time
prior to shipment.
- Allocation priorities are lost in the event you notify the winery that you
wish to be dropped from the allocation lists.
- Only Wine Club members receive 15% discounts on Pre-Release
Allocation Program shipments. Pre-Release Allocation Program shipments
are not otherwise discounted.
- Prices are posted on our website and also available from the winery
800-588-0234 ext (8011, 8013, 8022). Prices are subject to change.
- State imposed limitations on the amount of wine any particular adult
state resident may receive by direct shipment apply to this program. Visit
