Elegant Outdoor Entertaining with Chef Constantinos "Taki" Laliotitis

5:00 PM Hartford Family Winery, Forestville, CA

Outdoor entertaining can be elegant as well as approachable. At this event, Constantinos Laliotitis (Chef Taki) will share his skills honed at some of the world's finest restaurants. When you arrive at the winery, you will be greeted with a glass of the newly released 2007 Pinot Noir Rosé paired with an amuse-bouche. Chef Taki will then demonstrate a sophisticated 3 course menu using the best local ingredients-designed to set a refined tone to our al fresco gathering. The complete meal will be served with Hartford Family wines amidst the French-inspired estate gardens and picturesque Green Valley Russian River hills. You will receive a complimentary recipe booklet so you too may recreate these spring delicacies at home.
