1 bottle 2005 Four Hearts, Russian River Valley Chardonnay
This cool climate chardonnay is picked from four key regions and special blocks with in the Russian River Valley. This wine shows complex aromas and flavors of white peach, citrus blossom, Asian pear, and candied lemon which gives way to a rich and weighty mid-palate, followed by a very long, exotic spice finish.
1 bottle 2005 Land’s Edge, Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
This bottling comes from two distinctive vineyards on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. Complex aromas of ripe cherries, violets and cedar are followed by perfectly ripe, firm black cherries, mixed red and black berries. Allspice and coffee notes complement a long, multifaceted finish in this extremely cool climate Hartford Court Pinot Noir.
1 bottle 2004 Annapolis Vineyard, Sonoma Coast Syrah (very limited)
This Hartford Syrah is harvested from a wind-swept vineyard on a coastal ridge near the old logging community of Annapolis along the Sonoma Coast. Smokey black fruit, minerality, and lilac aromas are supported by ripe boysenberry and black raspberry flavors. This deep purple, dense and spicy syrah was crafted in the style reminiscent of the great wines of the Northern Rhone Valley. This wine is only available at the winery.

1 bottle 2005 Jennifer’s, Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
Named in honor of co-proprietor Jennifer Jackson-Hartford, this wine is defined by its power, concentration of fruit and structure. Jennifer’s Pinot Noir is opaque and powerful. It features violets, blackberry and boysenberry in the nose and on the palate. It is ripe, dense and solid with fine tannins and a silky mouth-feel. French Oak imparts flavors of white chocolate and roasted coffee to the finish.
1 bottle 2005 Hailey’s Block, Green Valley Pinot Noir
Hailey’s Block is located within the renowned Arrendell Vineyard and is named after founder Don Hartford’s daughter Hailey. High-toned red and black cherry, wild strawberry and Mandarin orange flavors complement a round, silky finish in this promising new release. Fine grain tannins along with layer of vanillin and spice notes make the 2005 Hailey’s a worthy successor to the inaugural 2004 vintage.
1 bottle 2005 Hartford Vineyard, Russian River Valley Zinfandel
Don Hartford tends this 92-year old vineyard located on approximately seven acres along Wood Road in the Russian River AVA of Sonoma County. Boysenberry, anise and allspice aromas transition into ripe black raspberry and mulberry flavors with a cinnamon stick finish. Well-integrated tannins juxtapose juicy flavors and an opulent texture.
